The site is protected by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, in particular by those of its provisions relating to literary and artistic property, copyright and the protection of databases. These rights are the exclusive property of the People Power Inclusion member associations. The Intellectual Property Code authorises, under the terms of Article L.122-5, on the one hand, only copies or reproductions strictly reserved for the private use of the copier and not intended for collective use and, on the other hand, only analyses and short quotations for the purpose of example and illustration. Similarly, Article L.342-3 of the Intellectual Property Code only authorises the extraction or re-use of a non-substantial part of the content of a database made available to the public by its owner. Consequently, any unauthorised representation or reproduction of the People Power Inclusion websites, by any means whatsoever, is strictly forbidden under penalty of legal proceedings. The offender is liable to civil and penal sanctions and in particular to the penalties provided for in articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
